I have had the worst experience of my life while working at IBM chennai team, people are discriminating, they won't value you if you aren't from chennai, they don't even bother to talk in english even though they are aware of the person in the team who doesn't understand their stupid Tamil language. I would suggest everyone if you're planning to get into IBM, please try getting into the team which has people from ur place, you'll face lot of challenges and discrimination definitely otherwise. They will make your life hell....Read More
