I feel very happy working at IASO. The culture is very positive and transparent and everyone is open to new ideas and suggestions. Management truly cares about your personal and professional growth. My colleagues are supportive. It’s like working in a relaxed and calm environment.

Nothing to dislike. It’s awesome.

The office ambiance is good, and the employees are very supportive. The management goes out of their way to help the employees in any ways they can.

Small organization boss is earning in crores but when it comes to giving to the employee he's terrible. No one who worked here is happy with the boss. I'm glad that I am not working there anymore.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
