There is a lot to learn at Hyperdestech, they have a variety of different clients and quite a few opportunities to learn from each department.

Dislikes

There is practically no work life balance, the rules are insanely strict when it comes to work hours. They have a terrible hiring procedure and do not take a candidate's time seriously. They also hire incompetent people at positions of high responsibility without considering their skillset at the workplace. olor: #fff5e4;"> They pay hardly anything for the amount of work that they expect from everyone</mark>. Everybody's is overworked and stressed out and nothing happens on time. I worked in Hyperdestech for a year. Work Culture is good, company policies, etc are good.

Dislikes

Salary issues and appraisal was not on time.
