There is a lot to learn at Hyperdestech, they have a variety of different clients and quite a few opportunities to learn from each department.

Dislikes

There is practically no work life balance, the rules are insanely strict when it comes to work hours. They have a terrible hiring procedure and do not take a candidate's time seriously. They also hire incompetent people at positions of high responsibility without considering their skillset at the workplace. They pay hardly anythingfor the amount of work that they expect from everyone. Everybody's is overworked and stressed out and nothing happens on time. The senior leadership is very inconsistent, have too many inner conflicts and there is a lot of internal politics that goes on there. I am glad I left the organization when I did....Read More
