Very Little exposure to new tools such as confluence, lucid chart etc.

Dislikes

There is no job security. They will not give a single penny during the training period even after getting the work. Zero training sessions are conducted by them. They just give you the work and you have to do it on your own. At the end of training period they will say company is short on funds and can not hire you for full time position, if you want to continue the training period without any salary or stipend you can.
