I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Worst culture built, SELFISH Management, they never think about employees but show off as did everything for employees.

Dislikes

Expects to share personal life with management or else you cannot survive. Performance is not a big deal, have to show off and you can survive for ever and ever, end of the day your job/performance will not speak, only personal stuff and show off will get the best life at Hubstream. You will be in PIP/ laid off if you achieve your objectives and goals.
