small company thinks Client is god for HTC ,whatever they say they will do it blindly and they won't think anything, not taking care of emp , then nothing use of client Nothing to like in this organisation, The good think in this org HRs and HR directors will work very fast if in employees exit process..

- No proper policy, cannot be relay on policy, it changes for every employee and based on the situation - Beware of all commitments they promise, all fake.. - Dont expect water, tissue, hygiene in rest rooms - Should be like working under miser corporation (Need extreme sacrifice)

Worst company, no benefits. No job security. They pay bonus at their will. The conditions and Percentage changes every year without notice. If you are on notice or on bench, then no bonus. No promotions. You are valued only until you are billed by the client. If billing stops you go to dogs. I am working here form the past 5 years.

Htc only contacts you for timesheets and for nothing else. No appraisal meetings. No hikes.

This is great company who want to work like a S L A V E S.

There is no project and no response this is the worst company that I had faced and now am facing many problems because of this company simply they put us on bench without giving projects simply they call to Chennai office and they terminate us
