There is no project and no response this is the worst company that I had faced and now am facing many problems because of this company simply they put us on bench without giving projects simply they call to Chennai office and they terminate us

I have joined and worked for 1 month only. Right after my joining I didn’t like anything there.

The senior people treat juniors like NAUKAR and unwanted pressure is there without any reason from the first day of joining. - No proper meeting to setup responsibilities and setting up the expectation. - No orientation or training happen. - No support from the reporting manager

HTC is thegreat place to work for someone who expects work like balance and it has good company culture. I have never faced any pressure on work and the higher management employees are really good to listen lower management employee's concern.

They do no have any on-demand learning to get certified or master on it but they have come up with LinkedIn learning now. still they need to improvise on learning and development.

Company policies. they can change their policy at anytime. In the compensation letter they confirmed that variable pay will be paid next month of the joining data.. first four years went well. after fifth year i resigned my job. after my release they suppose to pay my gratuity i asked payroll team but they said we have paid 2 months of variable pay incorrectly to you as the company policies are changed so you need to reverse 2 months of variable pay then only we can release your Gratuity. i never see such kind of scam from the released persons. If you are in Client project they enjoy on their contract business. if you relieve from client project then they wont help you.. during the bench no one will support you for getting new projects....Read More
