Almost everything here! Such a horrrible environment filled with toxic management and bad people. They will hire you in C2H with a false statement of making you permanent asap but you might end up being in contract for years (yes, years!) So you can imagine the job security in C2H because the permanent employees also have none. No matter how good you perform, the management biasment towards others will hover with threat of job loss on you 24/7 and a highly pressure environment to increase and meet your targets only to end up rewarding you with peanuts :) Some juniors with less experience have got double promotions while there have been folks working here for long with the same designation and pay for years. I previously worked at HTC Global Services in 2023-2024 with a Leading education related client. Now, I am working in the Netherlands at Seagate Hard Drive Company as a product Manager. AFTER REVIEWING THAT SHIT COMMENTS, I want to share my thoughts about Balaji Desikan. Have you heard of DORA Technology? In my current company, we're still doing R&D to generate accurate DORA reports automation, but Balaji had already implemented it successfully in his one of the client project in 2024 itself. Tracking lead time isn't easy, especially without the help of a ticketing tool. But Balaji figured out a way to calculate lead time without relying on any system or even developer input. That's impressive because, even with a ticketing tool. it usually just fetches data and calculates based on developer status updates, He took it a step further- he built a way to track lead time without needing any external support. He created a complete project tracking system that gave visibility into everything: End to end activities - without using any external tools, just his own thought process and algorithms. If this model were applied across projects, It would be a game changer. It could easily identify bottlenecks and give developers complete visibility into their workflows, and make efficient software deliveries. This methodology and way of thinking were something I learned from him. It's not just a software development - it's an advance software management. Many developers don't even realize the value of these high-level activities. Just sitting and coding doesn't teach you these insights. Developers often focus on flexibility and finding comfortable solutions, but Balaji's approaches things differently, He follows the rule of ITSM protocols and optimizes methodologies to make them more efficient. That's the key difference between a developer and him. Another Incident: In Nov 2023, my client's website crashed because of an overload of requests, even though we had a load balancer in AWS cloud environment. Balaji steeped in, found the root cause, and suggested a solution of use the Round-Robin algorithm. That fixed the issue. The client adopted his approach, and they still using that method till to hanlde traffic efficiently. I still remember the moment when he got appreciation from Australian client for his quick thinking and problem-solving. Also, he implemented a solid bug-tracking system that categorized bug based on type, grouped and prioritized them effectively, and suggested log-based sorting to prevent similar issues in future. His structured approach to bug tracking made a huge difference when I worked with him. Before making false allegations and frame it someone, check the history of the person. He is not arrogant at all. He was my manager, and if you truly show your ability and dedication to your work, he will definitely support you all the time and situations. I don't think I like anything from this company
I worked for Ford client. The Ford projects were handled by a guy named Balaji Desikan. Eventhough the company has good reputation before this guy is spoiling the name by abusing his employees and their families. He looks to be having serious mental health condition cause in meetings instead of planning and talking about technologies with engineers he tells his prideful stories and wastes the times of those engineers. He is extremely self conscious and abuses anyone who brings a better idea. If you oppose his points he would call you names. I don't know who appointed such an immature person as a delivery head for such a big client like Ford. Because of his abuses some people had gone to an extent of suicide. I think soon cause of him the company will get into trouble. There is no professionalism or practicality in the way he talks. He just want to make the employees work for 16 hrs if they refuse he will treat them badly. He even abuses women and easily gets away with it. He often comes to the meeting as if he is going to handle everything but in truth he just abuses everyone for a full day and calls name on managers of the project, establishes himself to be superior and tells his stories and he wastes a full day. Then he asks for productivity of the day cause of that we need to work at late nights. He wants people to work on weekends and in holidays as if we are going to get the salary of a CEO and he won't give the allowances. We can't even come out to drink water he will immediately assume that we are wasting time such a worse culture he is maintaining in the organization. I never seen such an immature person in this height. Anyway I am leaving this company hence I don't have to worry. If you ever get placed in this company forget about work life balance. That too if you got inside ADM projects you will be literally made to work for 16 hrs. The director or delivery head of this ADM projects who is handling Ford Balaji Desikan is an Hasshole. He is a narcissist who never wants his employees to have a personal life like himself. God knows whether he fathered his own children or rented them by someone impregnating his wife. Balaji Desikan literally abuses everyone he even harasses women and threatens them. But he gets away from everything just because he is one of the shareholders of the company. He even takes pride in it. Balaji Desikan likes "Yes men" or "kuckmen" as he himself is a narcissist he needs constant evaluation and attention some times we doubt whether he is a cay. Balaji Desikan for sure has Narcissistic Personality Disorder cause he comes to the meeting only to talk about himself. He wastes all the day by his filthy mouth and he asks output for the day. Any person working under him is living in a hell. Balaji Desikan don't even know the meaning of leadership he assumes accepting whatever he says is leadership. Balaji Desikan literally heated seats of HTC for more than 20 years 🤣 ROFL and he worked only in one technology and relational databases and he thinks he is the GOD of programming languages and advises us how to work. It all depends on the Client and the Manager whom you’re working with. Regular appraisals. Work life balance. If you are performing well there are good chances for H1B. If your shift ends after 10 PM, you have the cab facility regardless of the gender. No counterparts. You directly deal with the clients.
Very less night shift allowance. Financial team is not at all reachable. Smaller hikes. Not a great infrastructure. Don’t even have a good cafeteria. Even the associate managers are just like any other developers.

Worst company, no benefits. No job security. They pay bonus at their will. The conditions and Percentage changes every year without notice. If you are on notice or on bench, then no bonus. No promotions. You are valued only until you are billed by the client. If billing stops you go to dogs. I am working here form the past 5 years.
