People working in HR Path are good, friendly and like typical bosses.

Dislikes

Management is worst. One person is managing the whole thing (Manager+Director+ HR+Sales person+Accountant)

Nothing... Company is seriously useless... Management itself shows favouritism and then later blame employees for creating politics where infact management itself is creating politics

Dislikes

Management does highly microest management... They infact ask for minutes tracking... Company rules are based on if you are pet of management or not.

_Lessons Learned from 1.3 Years of Remote Work_ 1. Separate friendship and professional work to maintain professionalism. 2. Keep career decisions and sensitive information confidential. 3. Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
