Likes

The company works on multiple interesting projects. Great exposure in terms of technologies. You get to work with Motion Capture Suit, Robotics, Game Development, AR/VR.

Dislikes

No organizational hierarchy in the company makes it quite confusing. No effective HR department. Employee grievances are not heard or tolerated. No job security. Poor management and harsh executive decisions.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
