It was whole new experience rather then working a typical clinical nurse, i learned about new things like leadership and new side of management.

Dislikes

company is just a new startup so you will get undesignated works like material pickup and drops company don't have full body yet so it will be easy to community but it will even give unwanted attention of higher authorities.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
