Even though I completed my notice period still have not got my salary, the owner told any policy reason. There was no respect for the designation. Even if you are working there as a developer you will be told to entertain client and offer snacks tea and water to them. And if you refuse to do so you will never be treated well and theowner will blackmail you about termination. Work culture is worst. No time given to complete tasks. Huge pressure. And always changing terms and conditions about work. You will always have to be alert about the day and which work will be given to you....Read More
