Work environment is very terrible especially at goregaon branch,lot of politics favouritism, work pressure, manager is not providing proper guidance and support,also he is not allowed to take any sudden leave, lack of team handling

Salary is around 23 to 28k ctc. In the name of dynamic process there is no urge to develop a stream to the process Favoritism is at top from superiors, offcourse for females only. (IYKYK) Contract which gets renewed every month, Hopes are given that we will put you on pay role, but even after hardwork and efforts nothing is granted to you. No job security at all
