Nothing specific as such however they should focus more on creating a fun work Environment rather than pressuring there employees

Benefits and compensation is very poor, No fun activities,growth and promotions are easy to achieve however it's of no use again cause there is no skill development program conducted by them. Work environment has to change and leadership Should work on developing good understanding with employees rather than pressuring them to work like machines. Training of freshers has to improved.

Work Details

I was team leader over there in Hinduja work was pretty hectic and very pressuring. My team was the only strength who use to work hard for me cause the senior leadership don't want to understand the problem going on vth the sudden process changes.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
