You get good colleagues in the office, but you do not find career growth options.

Dislikes

Management is very pathetic, as they're least bothered about an associate, and they care about themselves, and ask associates for 100% efficiency.

You can improve your skills and knowledge in faster rate and experience everything in short period of time which will help us to enhance ourselves and give the best to the core.

Dislikes

One will not get promoted with the standards and qualities and knowledge he/she have. Will get promoted with internal politics not policies

Bullying at work

There are my colleague 2 TLs , in office, they are always making fun of me and today when I slept for few minutes on desk as I was not feeling well they took my photo and making fun in meeting room stating are you still in sleep, I feel like crying not only for this but for any thing they will bring my name, try to plot me in meeting if I am not meeting any parameter, for them it's seems normal and cool but for me it is becoming unbearable
