Really great company to start your career. You will learn & work on things that your friends in other companies won't even have any knowledge of. Also, the work life balance and the people around me are very great.

Hinduja Global Solutions successfully wasted six months of my precious career. I joined this organization with high hopes and a willingness to learn, but due to my disrespectful Business Analyst Manager, Satish Rao, I faced the following problems: My manager's behavior was extremely rude and disrespectful. He frequently used offensive slangs like "Chu**" and others while interacting with his juniors, which was embarrassing. He had a tendency to target his juniors and make fun of the seniors, which was not only annoying but also highly unprofessional for a company of this stature. If you didn't constantly please him, he would refuse to approve your leave and would even transfer you to another department as a punishment. His mindset was incredibly problematic as well. He would often make derogatory remarks such as, "If we had to look at your faces every day, we should have hired pretty girls instead," displaying his regressive views and disrespect towards the team. Due to all these reasons, both my colleague and I felt compelled to resign from our positions at Hinduja Global Solutions. Whenever we sought clarification on any doubts, he would respond with comments like, "tum log ko fokt salary bhait kr kha rahe ho," which was the final straw for me, leading to my decision to leave the organization. I even reported his behavior to the HR department, but given the company's political hierarchy, I don't believe any action will be taken. I want to advise everyone not to compromise their self-respect. Before joining an organization, carefully consider the department and the manager you will be working under. Good experience for a fresher, then you're better off switching as Theres no growth in terms of skill, compensation etc. Flexible timings and Alternate Saturdays Off. Can opt for WFH.

If you're in a bad team your experience Will be ruined. Salary is low and growth is stagnant. Somedays there's so much work it takes 12+ hrs shift during peak Payroll periods. Also some people are Nice, Many aren't. But management is stingy. Culture is quite dull. It's a mediocre at best company to add in your resume.

Salary is around 23 to 28k ctc. In the name of dynamic process there is no urge to develop a stream to the process Favoritism is at top from superiors, offcourse for females only. (IYKYK) Contract which gets renewed every month, Hopes are given that we will put you on pay role, but even after hardwork and efforts nothing is granted to you. No job security at all
