This company don't have experience in launching new brand in the Market and they are very very weak in remuneration for thier employees. They don't know how to cater a Retail Market in india. Very bad experience after working for a year in this company. They don't have any policies for their employees most of emoyees is work on Contractual agreement. In this company they don't privide any appointments letter they give contractual agreement copy. Aprt from this they deducted TDS from my Monthly salary and they don't deposit in Income tax and when you ask for the same they always tell you lie and if you check TDS against your PAN no online you will not find your submission of TDS.
