As a ex employee of this company I would like to mention that all the company decision is only in one hand so be careful it might get personal. Just forgot about career growth no one cares, no appraisal nothing. You will get salary surely but not on time after 20 to 25 days They will not leave single chance to deduct you hard earned money. No motivation, no appreciation, no instentives nothing just work as a labour and go home. No Saturday leave for developers and all who work morning. Don't trust any one bad pollitics. They can kick you out anytime without any prior notice just like you are working in a small hotel or some under a proprietor....Read More
