As a Principal and employ, I feel there is a lot of opportunity to improve our profession. There is no interference from management side in academic matters.

Dislikes

Salary to teaching faculty is not satisfactory and there is inequality in salary. Qualification and experience has no value.

Work Details

Teaching, learning and administration are my strong aspects in this profession. As a principal, I can implement innovative ideas in academic matters and I enjoy the results of the same.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
