My start as an engineer was in this company .They have ideas and working hard is the policy of company . Interaction between employees and Regular company meetings are the result of my professional growth .

Skill development - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

slow growth . Change of profile of employee is common as they want to check employee specification but sometimes it results in change of interest in working .

Salary - Poor
Job security - Bad
Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

I started as a Web Designer but change in profile took me to Web Development . Work is challenging but interesting .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
