The company is open to innovation .Company really work hard on its quality. Working culture is good but growth level is not as good as expected but still work life balance is good.

Growth is slow.

Working as engineer i find every day exciting and of course documentation is boring but i still find it engaging.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
