No one accepts accountability for their work and responsibility. The onus is all on the operations team to finish the assignments. Thus, we may state that this organization has a very wide learning area.

* No proper company policies. Policies may differ as per the employees. * Management is meaningless. They are not interested in listening to the team's issues and work priorities, etc. * Partiality is on the next level. * Management does not process the full and final settlements after leaving the organization * There is no job security. If any employee (close to the management) bitching about another employee then management fires the employee....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
