You don’t even get welcome kit when you join the company. No Diwali gift hampers and nothing. Almost 20% goes to variable pay and this has many conditions and you end up getting less variable pay. The yearly hikes are very very less you will get 1% or 2% and sometimes you get a appraisal letter at the year end and it will be writtenas no changes in your compensation, so no hike for you for complete year. Appraisal is very poor while deputed to STELLANTIS by HCL Tech.Learning and Development,is not upto the Mark.It is difficult to prove our Capability while working in Client place through HCL Tech ,This will affect the promotion and increment follows yearly.

Most of the projects are client location based. Managers do not support their employees for anything.even if client harasses them they keep quiet and else make the employee to adjust. Managers have made work culture toxic. I worked for PepsiCo and the managers in hcl were not at all supportive to their employees.

At initial phase we get whatever we desire but appraisal is just a formality. HCL management is the worst ever thing I have seen in my life specially 2-3 level up hierarchy. Manager would never know any update and policy or any answer for the question we ask. HR is also for the name and for navigating us to policy documents. HCL is having only big name but I will recommend that not to join HCL. No support at all from company or manager. They just deploy you on client location after that nothing. Another is they try to how they can delay bonus and yearly appraisal l. Every year they create new reason to delay yearly appraisal. They delay almost another 6-9 months to give appraisal.

If you spend aroung 10yrs in hcl yr salary growth just ill be like 4 yrs. Worked for 7 yrs and put all efforts. When i resigned my seniors didnt ask me to stay or sing word.
