Work environment is good, but no salary increment and I am working on third party pay roll (June 2018 to till date) Any no chances permanent position on pay roll of HCL and no salary increment. I have to work 9-10 hours daily. Manager do not value on my work. I do recive many appreciation email from employee side, As on interview time my manager told me if you will good work so we will hire on permanent Position in 3 months. But now I have completed almost 6 months . Overall work culture is good in HCL but i feel if you are under management role there is alot of politics, drama and bad experiences that you will face. I have been here for 2 years and it’s nothing what i though it would be. Additionally, the appraisal letters are released after 1.5 years for any employee here which is not fair at all

Work Culture here is good. People are friendly and suppportive, leaving few exceptions. Working hours are flexible. Hybrid working system is employee friendly.

Dislikes

Salary and benefits and promotion is far below the market rates. They give equal percentage to everyone irrespective of their work. Work recognition is not up to the mark. Permanent work from office may start soon.

If you are ready to work with less educated, cheap and below standard people with a stiched mouth then this is the best place in context of job security.

There are no set parameters for employee's well being specially if he is a family person. There are so many malpractices are being run by managers at middle level. After giving my 8 valuable years I can say work culture is dirty here. Buttering is the main ingredient to progress here because people at higher positions are less educated here and they always try to ruin your career. I started my career with HCL as a fresher after 8 years I left this company and in conclusion I can say middle management is too dirty. They do not have common sense, immature and their internal vigilance system is third class even though I wrote a mail to whistle blower team including chairmam I haven't got a single word of apology and I was not able to feed me and my family properly even after completing 8years with this company. My experience is worst with HCL. So many times I have informed my RM but they haven't taken care of it. At last I left because my survival was getting critical day by day. It is really a worst company especially for north indian people those are working in north India. I started at 12 KPM and ended at 19 KPM (thousand per month)....Read More
