HCL doesn't pay you well... The annual increment is usually around 2 to 4% . Promotions are with 0% increment. The HR is very unresponsive and rude

Nothing as much to say. Only if you are a hard worker and love your job is secure. No other benefits, work culture and management will not help you to grow.
Worst HR policies, compensation and benefits are terrible. Not having good project that will stop you to grow more.
My work life is gone in a negative direction, even after taking care of too many activities management ignored me that will directly impact on my growth path. Not getting promoted for more than 3 years and low compensation would be a road blocker.

Worst HR management and policies I have ever seen in my career. They missed to pay your allowances, No OT. Less perks and poor increment. Manager only favours their own loved people. Do work without asking any increment or incentives.

I have seen job security if people are willing to work and put some efforts to support team achieving target. Hike 5% no hike on promotion may be due to covid happened but last year seen this. In some projects work from home policy is not there so not good for work life balance and annual leaves are less it has to be increased.

Company policy implementation is really bad. They suddenly imposed the new policy. If you raise any concern they will not bother you. And the most painful part is EPB or engagement performance bonus. You just need to forget about it. They will not pay you the whole amount. Only 10 to 20 % of it will can expect.
