Dislikes

Need to have more tie ups especially longterm business assignments with lots of semiconductor companies in all domains like PD, Verification, FPGA Prototyping and many more.

Work Details

I got opportunities to learn about safety standards and their implementation in SoC & FPGA.

Cctc - 27.4 (21.6 fixed + 5.8 variable) Yoe - 10.7 years Tech stack: .Net full stack + Azure PaaS Cognizant offered around 42% hike on fixed component and gave 32LPA (30.5 fixed + 1.5 variable) Got selected for HCL Tech (Henkel client) and LTIMindtree and expecting offers/HR discussion soon. Question is how much "Fixed component" should I ask them? Thanks in advance
