Happy to be part of HCLTech project, good work environment. When one good with the management will get the good support as expected. 5 day a week working, good salary, health coverage for dependents, life risk coverage for higher amount, facilities, voucher and so on. On other side some times high pressure in meeting the tasks, minimum 6 hours plus sitting on working which not good for health, no overtime pay, ownership mandatory on job/work. In my view to grow fast in life, one and only route we have is earning higher amount on job. This will be fulfilled through software job only....Read More
