Work life balance is good. Team is so incompetent that timelines are doubled.

Dislikes

People are in same project since decades. Knowledge management is terrible. There can be inclusions and diversity issues as well, management is hostile.

Is the market for support agents dead right now... Have been trying to get a callback related to remote desktop support positions as well as incident management process. Any suggestion or help would be appreciated 👍 Update- I have started getting calls now, just 8 days left .. hopeful I wouldn't be empty handed.
