I really don't want to give this review but I really had an unfair thing from HCL I have hard work from 1year and they have. Not given. Fair enough performance..They are showing partiality on work and their it only works references not hardwork ..how ever we work hard it doesn't matter ....They terminate employees without saying notice period ...can giving false hope and using that notice period as their targets ..and lastly saying employee I tried my end managers not not giving approval...This is the worst organization I had in my life and wasted all my efforts ...no place for hardwork in HcL......Read More
