At Hariom company is having strong reputation in his filed. Products which are provides by Hariom is uncompitable as having directors having vast experience in the same fileld.

Dislikes

Hariom is Private owenership company. Working hours are not fixed althorugh working as Manager. No job training provided & safety concerns are far away. My contributions towards customer satisfation & service imrovement are recognised after 6 months of resignation.

Work Details

I have to take care of day to day work from production planning to despatch of finish goods. Interacting with customers / dealers on regular basis to support sale team. My work has been appriciated by customer during visit to Glass Expo held in Mumbai.
