A big long list: 1. No HR. No paid leaves. No employee engagement programs. 2. Extremely high attrition rate, Average life of good employees is max 3-4 months. 3. Accounts head shout people based on her mood and not based on their work. 4. Accounts head always there for sales team while whenever her own team ask for ANY help she said "company tumhe pagar kis baat ka de rahi hai, khud dhundo.." this makes accounts team LAWAARIS. 5. When you work for this company if you are single, expect to continue to be single and if you are married, expect a divorce. 6. If you are joining at higher package, no matter how good you are at work its a cost center. She will give lots of support to low salaried employees and nothing to high salaried. So that they get frustrated and leave. 7. If you are not able to get any job elsewhere be at home for sometime rather than working here. 8. Accounts head never ever bother to help or answer any question in case of genuine doubt, instead will shout, demoralize and harass in different ways. 9. If you have an inch of self respect, you can't work here. Recommend the job to your enemies. 10. Din me 10 baar toh madam tally band karati hai, kyun ki madam ka GST jaana hota hai. 11. Two jokers in accounts team spoiling working culture for the whole department, People leave from here in 1-2 months whoever is under these 2 jokers. 12. Employee needs to send "Daily Work Report" especially for accounts team, WHY? 13. Training here is just a gimmick, in the name of training they give 12 ppt and ask to read and learn yourself. 14. If you want to get insult on daily basis, please join the company. Many talented people have already left the organization due to this. 15. Worst working culture ever seen in my entire life. 16. No professionalism and still they deduct Profession tax, why ? 17. Accounts head cares only about GST, she even make a rule that no one can take leave during 01-10th of every month kyun ki madam ka GST jana hota hai. 18. The culture is extremely high stress with zero work-life balance. Advice to management : No advise as they cannot improve in any case. Just one thing please do not play with someone's career.
