The company has many problems. There's no senior management, and no clear rules are written down. The managers work for another company, and no manager has hands on experience in AI/ML. Employees are forced to deliver results every week without proper guidance. Promised training never happens, and they claim it's because employees m ight quit after being trained, and saying it would be a huge loss for company. However, they still expect employees to work and build models using the latest technology. Managers can't assist you because they don't know the field, and if you fail, you're left struggling. People have to work on many different technologies, losing their original skills. There’s no pay raise, even if you work hard, and the salary is very low. There's no job security – you can be fired for no reason due to office politics. All employees are freshers. The company thinks that providing food is enough to ensure good results. Presentations are held frequently, even when there’s nothing to present, and people who don’t know much about the topic will review and judge your work. Even helpers and office boys earn a lot with basic wages.
