I haven't meet anyone by person but they all are such a great human with lot's of humanity . manager's everyone is so good at work . management is so good professional . We have satisfaction with work everything nd peace if mind too.nd for sure if we do work from office might be interesting to . Work life is balanced. 5 days working with 8 hours shift , salary on time . prefect work from home 🏡 what else we need but no learning after one year or six months and learning never stops so i love this job of mine in my 4 years of experience .

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
