Company was good but the working environment they applied was not in favor of Employees. There is no value of experience. The system which is developed was not good for employees.

As I Experienced within my Working days, company just started project in real estate first time, Response is very good in the market.Also planning for future projects , If everything according to plan then it will be convert into a group and future will be more secure.

Dislikes

Initially I am facing some obstacles with senior because of their different sectors work experience appart from real estate. But I hope very soon everything will be on same page. Thanks

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
