While working in the company it looks like its pretty good. But after completing one month it feels like they are just dependent on you even on your training period. Due to their bad decision and timings they are on short in their business. And also facing major problem which now companies are facing due to wrong decision which is employee retention. While retaining their clients they forgot to retain its own employees. Focusing on enlarge your it's good and appreciated but with the blind eyes that will be a mistake.
