Groupon is a best place to begin your career but the departments for internal job opportunities are less compared to other MNCs. But still we can grow if you exhibit your talent. There is always a door for one who really strives for it.

When I joined the company I used to like working there, But as time went by Everything Changed. Starting With Job security. There is no Job security at all. When they want they will throw you away especially at wrong times. Just as they did to me as they fired me during the COVID time showing no concern at all. There is No Humanity at all among the managers and HR for their Employees. When I explained my situation they said it is a business decision to fire me. And Cleverly they asked me to send a resignation letter stating that I am leaving due to Personal Reasons which i was forced to do. Regatding Compnies policies they change it as they like and they think every customer will shake their heads for them. And they make it difficult for employees and customers to know what they are doing. Work Culture is decent i can say, but there are snakes in the grass waiting to stab you from the back. Especially at the management level. Coming to the Worst Part which is the Management level and Human resource level it seems that they only care of making money and no concerned about employees. Lack of Humanity towards employees and customers. If the customer is satisfied with our policy then it is good otherwise there is no thinking of outside the box. If we think we are marked down by quality. Quality is one of the main things which they are firing people. Actually quality is not in our metrics but they only think of quality which is of no use to a customer perspective unless the agent is rude to them. Groupon got the worst Quality team i have seen so far. My suggestion is that to people who are thinking of Joining Groupon Please Dont as it is a Big NO from my end....Read More

Job security is low.. They should think employee as a family... During pandemic we supported them.. But they did not think about us.. They terminated 25 members without prior notice.... Nothing much to say..... It was good before.. It became bad because of new management.
