I've had a great exposure to a corporate company like Groupon with a flexible work culture and safety of women employees which is appreciable. They used to celebrate all festive occasions in a well manner which boost you to work happily.

Dislikes

There were many issues I personally faced with job security, appraisal, career growth, politics especially in my particular team which is very much discouraging working here. Achieving production goal is mandate I agree and I acheived at each n every time but the recognition, hike/appraisal can only be given to those few who over achieved. And others who achieve as per goal with quality are constantly pressurised to over achieve and putting these into PIP was one of the worst feel here....Read More
