Job security is low.. They should think employee as a family... During pandemic we supported them.. But they did not think about us.. They terminated 25 members without prior notice.... Nothing much to say..... It was good before.. It became bad because of new management.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Good Work culture, top management who are overseas at US frequently visit us to ensure the middle management follow all guidelines as per the main office which is something great. Everyone are treated equally

I dint have any negative points to add the days I stayed there with Groupon was one of the glorious moments in my life. I have many times regretted leaving that company.

Toxic work culture. They need robots and not humans. Management will never try to understand the problems of employees. Also favorism for chennai site. Banglore site is like their second wife. They will provide 1 day training and you have meet all tge targets from next day. Changing policy everyday.

Worst management ever. They even provide targets to meet in notice period of employee. They will provide high targets which are achieved by only 3-5 members and ask the remaining persons to do numbers like them. They won't even ask any reviews for how the work is going on.
