A great work place. Good facilities. Transport is very good. Very good remuneration for fresher candidates.

Higher management is extremely incompetent. Zero accountability for their actions. No structure to how the organization should grow. Constant changes in targets based on personal whims create a lot of work place pressure. No appreciation for creative ideas unless the higher management thinks of it. No job security with poor recruitment and HR department is non existent.
