Worst company ever to work with. - Talking about work culture, Almost every single hired person is from same college. They form group and isolate the other which leads to depression. - Senior management is not at all supportive. They don't care about your mental health. - Promotion is solely based on favoritism. - No job security, nothing to learn here. - They make TLs and PEs who only cares about their promotion and their job security. I was working with Greenrider Technology from last 5 months and suddenly they fired 20 employee's without any reason and intentionally blaming also so there is HR for you only they are working for management no policies no warning letters. As per one comment below Office located in dustbin but I heard that owners are Royal people then how can they work in dustbin like place or they are fake peoples. My advice please do not join this company, no career growth, only politics ,poor management ,no policies they changed every month policies. Please wait and join other company and this is completely worst company for freshers. Advice to colleges please do not allow them in your colleges for hiring because they will ruin your student futures. Nothing to like there....Read More

I worked at Green Rider company on 7-day training period, I attended the training period of prompt engineer. This company is good for those who likes prompt engineering.

Dislikes

This company took project from tech giants like google through outlier(freelancing website) and distribute work between their employs, no fixed timings, sometimes they also call you on Saturday. If your ratings get down by client, then you will get empty task on your outlier dashboard which is the sign of (your job is in danger).

The company's normal employees are good and are really supported. The salary is OK.

There is 0 job security in this organization. The management is f**** up. If you dont ally or talk good to management, they will terminate you by giving XYZ reasons. The company is totally dependable on other platform. So if your account got flagged by any means and you are getting EQ, you are going to get fired very soon. Dont't rely on this job.
