Managing directors. There is no systematic way to do things single person is doing work of 4-5 workers and getting half pay

During my time at this company I encountered numerous instances of unprofessional behavior from boss. He used abusive language and belittled employees in front of their colleagues. This created a toxic work environment where morale was low and turnover was high. Additionally, employees were often terminated without proper notice or explanation, causing anxiety and instability among the team. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
