- Would like you to focus on your own personal network to company rather then providing you some data to work upon. - No assistance or direction. - No training or induction was given, and nobody even made the effort to introduce you to a company employee or provide you with an update on the company's backcheckcolor: #fff5e4;">. - Salary: never arrive on schedule</mark>. Their deadline is the 1st of every month, but since they lack funds evry month, you will receive it before the 10th to make the salary available. - Poor people and culture; they never give you the space to comprehend the company culture and environment and always pressurize you to obtain business through your personal connections. - With just a phone call, they could have fired you at any time. They all participate in this management decision, even though they act as though it has shocked them. - Tell you that you are not performing and request that they leave the company; do not even try to put you in PIP or understand your challenge. - Always conduct a senseless meetings. - Its a pathetic company i ever worked with no culture, no work ethics, no management....Read More
