Python Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Python Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of a Creator Management platform to manage influencers. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, microservices architecture, cloud computing, and database management. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define best practices, drive architectural decisions, and ensure the seamless integration of various system components. The project is built using Django/Python.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and Design: Lead the architectural design of scalable, robust, and secure Python-based applications.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to software engineers and developers.
• Microservices & APIs: Design and implement microservices-based architectures and RESTful APIs.
• Cloud Solutions: Develop and deploy applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring efficient data processing and system scalability.
• Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Database Management: Design and optimize relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
• CI/CD & DevOps: Work with DevOps teams to automate deployments using CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Code Reviews & Standards: Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and conduct code reviews.
• Emerging Technologies: Stay updated with the latest trends in Python development, AI/ML, and cloud technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Programming Expertise: 10+ years of experience in software development with strong proficiency in Python.
• Architecture & Design: Proven experience designing large-scale, distributed applications and microservices architectures.
• Frameworks & Libraries: Deep understanding of Python frameworks like Django and Flask, or FastAPI.
• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Database Skills: Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Security Best Practices: Familiarity with OWASP security principles and cloud security best practices.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Redis Streams).
• Hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Open-source contributions or publications in relevant areas.
