Solution Architect - Roles and Key Responsibilities

Solution Design: Architect and design scalable, secure software solutions using Python and its frameworks (FastAPI, Flask), ensuring high availability and performance.

API Development: Design and develop RESTful, RPC, SOAP, and GraphQL APIs to integrate systems and services efficiently.

Cloud Technologies: Leverage AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda to build cloud-native solutions, ensuring scalability and best practices in the cloud. Define and design scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud architectures leveraging AWS IOT.

Database Expertise: Architect and optimize SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, and time-series databases for performance and scalability.

Project Ownership: Take full responsibility for the project lifecycle, collaborate with Product Owners to define roadmaps, and ensure alignment with business objectives. PMP certification is required for effective project management.

Team Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Stakeholder Communication: Present complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, simplifying technical jargon for easy understanding. Also, collaborate with business, product owners, and technology stakeholders to align solutions with business and technical goals

Solution Mapping: Use tools like MIRO or DRAW.IO to create visual representations of solutions and communicate architecture to internal teams and clients.

• Develop API integrations with AWS cloud services, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
• Lead the development of technical architecture for software products, including designing databases (DBMS) and implementing AI-based streaming features.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Design and develop scalable software solutions using Agile methodology, PMP principles, and Scrum framework.

Must-Have Skills and Experience:

• Overall 6+ years of experience
• 3+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Python (FastApi, Flask) and related Frameworks.
• 2 years of experience in a team lead position and designing scalable, secure systems.
• 2 years in Solution Architecture

Technical Skills

• RESTful, RPC, SOAP, and GraphQL APIs.
• MongoDB, timeseries databases, and DBMS (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL).
• AWS Cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda) and cloud-native architecture.
• Should have experience in IoT, AWS IoT, Queue service, Elasticsearch, Reids.
• Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.

Other Skills and Experience

• Experience in designing AI-based streaming solutions and real-time data analytics.
• Familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Spring Cloud, JDBC, and messaging protocols is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of streamlining processes
• PMP certification required for effective project management.
• Proven experience in Healthcare, Fintech, SaaS, and Market Research industries.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6+ years of experience in Solution Architecting or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E.).
• Master's degree in Computers (M.Tech).
• Strong expertise in Software Design, Software Engineering, Software Development Life Cycle, API integration with AWS Cloud.
