Likes

Learnt a lot of new things with team. Worked on almost every new technology that is hot in industry. Gain lot of good experience.

Dislikes

Working culture was not good. Management team can give any work any time. No matter on what project you are working on finish the given high priority task first.

Job security - Poor

Work Details

Worked on many different projects using different technologies and that brings a good understanding of all technology and made me a full stack developer.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
