The company seemed overly focused on business outcomes rather than valuing and supporting employees who genuinely worked hard. It took multiple resignations from employees before any action was considered. Basic necessities like salary slips and proper training were neglected. In this environment, working sincerely often led to being seen in a negative light, and employees were constantly expected to please others to fit in.
