Salary is on every 26th of Month. Leaves and other benifit given as per employees requirements

Employees treated as non performing assets which should work only as per instructions given by team head and not as per site requirements. No support from Seniors with regards to issues faced on site and within the Team. All appraisal and promotion done on the basis of Team Head not on the work done by a person. So if your relation with the team head is not good your appraisal is impossible even if you are a best performer.
