I didn’t like, company gives false commitments to their employee. 3 years wasted of my life. After 3 years we just got 5% appraisal. Even after putting paper company didn’t think to retain the employee who really woked hard to success the project.

After getting selection one of the HR commited that I am going to receive the offer letter in 2 days today 28th day still they are printing my offer letter, I don't know why the printer is not working is th budget issue or will. Definitely I feel they are not skilled.

The project level learning is good and can't be extended beyond a limit. We can work on our learning curve and learn much things. We can't get much monetary benefits here, so demand and get a higher CTC when you join.

Dislikes

Appraisals are happening only in 2 years and sometimes get hold as well. Recently the management is into micro-management and this affects the mental peace at work. Even for certifications, we can't get reimbursed as they have a ton of conditions. The Longevity bonus from client that was promised when joining has not been provided. Only cab facility is good at Globallogic.

Too much partiality is shown. If you are favorable to the manager, then lucky for you! For female employees can not even get a leave if they are having health problems. They would just say "even I get health issues but I'm still coming to office".. Team lead are showing very much partially among the employees.This is the main reason for my resignation.

There will be work-life imbalance in GlobalLogic and if you are a fresher then I advise you not to join GlobalLogic because there are some projects( projects like Anaplan) which can spoil both your career and mental health and if you join then you can also appoint a doctor and there is politics which is done by the middle level management team which can spoil your career and mental health.
