There will be work-life imbalance in GlobalLogic and if you are a fresher then I advise you not to join GlobalLogic because there are some projects( projects like Anaplan) which can spoil both your career and mental health and if you join then you can also appoint a doctor and there is politics which is done by the middle level management team which can spoil your career and mental health.

This organization is good for growth in terms of everything. Work life balance is good. You find your self satisfy but before going in the GL you have to prepare your self well because they too skilled and big so you have to match the same.

Globallogic is a very good company for work life balance. And you will get lots of benefits in terms of learning, skill development, working on new tech projects, events etc.

1. Bad Account manager when I was working with GL. 2. Micro management 3. I was treated like a school kid meaning no professionalism at all 4. No job security 5. Account manager used be in panic mood almost every time. 6. She even used to call me get her data at 10:30 pm when my shift ends at 5pm. 7. I would advise not to chose this org.

No increment for the past 2.5 years. Each time, they assure that you will get an appraisal next quarter, but when the next quarter arrives, they claim the market isn't good and postpone it again. If the CEO of the organization sets this example, how can employees be expected to meet their product delivery commitments?

Working hours totally disrupted, job expected to work day and night aling with continuous Saturday and sunday , people are pathetic they ask status in night and call team people on Saturday and sunday who doesnt ans the phone they publish their status in group .
